I am an author. After losing 10.000 words to libre office crashing on me I switched to Google Docs for its reliability and versatility. If this ends up being comparable to that count me in, I'd freaking love that. Came here to make that suggestion just to find it has already been made.

Great news, I can't wait. From my experience, Notion has the best features and layout and I would love to have something similar with Standard Notes.
Thanks,

Hello, please provide a graph view to your notes system similar to Obsidian.

Would be great to get S-Pen support on Samsung devices, which would obviously need hand-written notes as well then.

Great News! Please, just make the UI like Notion as Standard Notes looks like from the 90s, clunky and old.
Good Luck!! -

I am looking for a solution to manage a large amount of notes, securely and efficiently. I found this platform, which I would see integrated into your excellent products. https://standardnotes.com/

Yes but with s-pen/apple pen support. The app will be used by studentes too. And also, make standard notes a proton product, accessible by paying a proton plan

Can't wait to ditch OneNote! -

Please check Logseq. They are lacking a better syncing and encryption mechanism. But they are a great note app (comparable to Obsidian). I like Standard Notes, but their noting rationale is similar to Evernote. Another huge gruop of users would love to use block-based noting app like Logseq and Obsidian. Since Obsidian is already very mature, Logseq is an ideal partner for Proton.

This is FANTASTIC news! To have a secure replacement to OneNote in the cloud and have it integrated into Proton apps. Lots of exciting options. Proton is moving towards having a larger market with these modernization apps that come standard with "free" apps elsewhere. Keep up the great work!

This is awesome, hope for some improvements to Standard Notes and more resources to support that now they join the Proton Team.

It was a "must have" some time ago, but ever since Proton Pass has received notes it became less urgent.
It would be nice to stuff like list note or image (camera) note. But these are just the same really and are only a UX tweak.
Looking forward what this topic brings! -

I hope that Proton improves this notes service, because compared to Obsidian, Anytype, AFFiNE... it's far inferior in terms of features and design. SN looks like dated software.
