When I want to import contacts on Android mobile, I only see contacts which have an email address.
It wold be great and make much more sense, if I could import *all* contacts!
I do have a PLUS subscription so can edit phone numbers, etc. -

Trying to rip myself from the clutches of the mighty data harvester that is Google. Waiting for the encrypted calendar. Any updates on that would be appreciated.

There needs to be a 2 way sync of contacts, and on Android a way to save those contacts directly to protonmail that way I don't have to keep my contacts on Google (or my device) to then sync them manually.

I'd love to see the calendar; I have a feebie right now to keep off Google (I have an Android phone) but use Outlook for my work. I am hoping for an integrated calendar with ProtonMail so I can just use that when on the go.

When you release calendar, please please make it functional for people using apple devices and Outlook. I currently maintain two calendars because invites I send from outlook don't work with people who use apple and vice versa. It's horribly annoying. I would include Android in this as well, but I have no idea how that works or if it makes sense. Thank you!

Is there a target date for calendar please?

Without 2 way sync - it is useless.
Nobody will use 2 different contact lists or manually sync each time.

Yes please! A calendar/tasks/reminder feature is greatly needed.

SO GLAD Protonmail is working on a calendar. My questions are: 1) In a scenario where a paying Protonmail Subscriber visits a website, then sign ups to attend an event, what steps will they go through to enter the event in their calendar? 2) What sorts of calendar alerts will they receive? 3) How will Proton Calendar's "user experience" differ from the experience you have when you use Google Calendar or Outlook's Calendar? How will a Proton Calendar user's privacy be improved?

If calendar ist coming I'll move away from Google Suite with my domain. Proton Drive on top would be perfect :-)

Any ideas if this will be a reality soon?
I really want to be able to sync contacts, drives me nuts to have to manually update them.I use busyCal on my computer and Fruux to sync calendar to my phone and computer, along with all my contacts. Works really well and Fruux have a built in calendar, contacts editor
Now I am just missing being able to sync my contacts to Protonmail

Please consider moving your votes to the main "calendar" feature thread:

We'd like a calendar module, similar to Outlook.

what I would appreciate is more transparency in your roadmap and progress on the features you are working on already!

I was going to migrate from GMail to Protonmail, but found out that there is no calendar! Reading those comments I can see that there is a calendar coming in 2019, so I'll wait.
