Add a "download archive with your data" button
GDPR requires that a user may download and/or delete all personal information.
Currently, I have only found a button for account deletion, but no button to download all personal data (Transactions, e-mails, registration info, logs if present etc., basically all that Proton services store about someone.)
I would much appreciate having this feature.
Thank you for your time.

Option to ask which address to send from everytime, reminder.
Hi
While globally ProtonMail has one primary hard address, used for account menagement, but you can set a different hard address as default when creating new mail. My usecase I use several hard addresses per day depending on which type of topic/field I'm writing to and in most cases I do not want to use one default in particular, and usually never the primary account email the one I used for registering, managing proton account, payments, support.
To avoid sending from a wrong address, either I would like to be reminded whether I selected the correct FROM email every time…

removal of email headers when printing
Remove/Disable Printing of Email Headers
I would like very much to be able to NOT include the headers (date, to, from, subject, etc) of emails that I print out. I can "trick" Thunderbird into not printing these by setting the HTML <body> font size to 0 and explicitly setting all other elements to a visible size. I should be able to pull this trick off in ProtonMail, too. Thanks!

Lacking Features
In spite of, it is a good e mailing source but after using it i still find few things lacking and if it is introduce in it then proton mailing service is lot more better than others. Advance features like easy to sync through calendar features, connection for third party apps and may be some advance search features might lead proton to a top-notch service and make it stand with its competitors. i am a digital marketer and i need these kind of tools to work easy and free hand. And working in one of the best auto mechanic shop…

Apply forward rule to existing emails option
Just like with filters, provide the ability to apply a forward rule to existing emails during forward rule creation. Agree with other feature request that a better solution would be to have forwarding emails as an option within filter creation, but so long as that that is not the case, implementing this request would be very helpful. https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-proton-mail/suggestions/48561584-add-a-forward-email-option-to-filter-actions

[New Setting] Remove embedded images on reply
I'd like a setting that excludes embedded images by default when replying.
I personally don't like anything included in my email responses unless I'm attaching something specifically. A setting to toggle this would be useful for those that do.

Support for Structured Data Markup (Enhancing Email and Calendar Integration)
Implement support for reading structured data markup to easily add events to the calendar. The scanning of structured data should be designed to occur on the end-user side, with the option to turn this feature OFF. Additionally, even if structured markup is not present, extend the filtering functionality to respond to specific keywords (such as "reservation," "ticket," etc.) and suggest adding them to the calendar.

Disable/enable notifications for specific hours
Add the ability to choose time slot for notifications.
E.g. 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for professional notifications.
This would particularly be useful if we can choose for which alias and/or folder we set the time slot.Example 1
address@proton.me -> notifications always enabled
address+alias@proton.me -> notifications enabled only from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.Example 2
address@proton.me -> notifications always enabled
Folder 1 -> notifications enabled only from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.4 votes -
Support playing .wav files
Several email-integrated voicemail systems still use .wav files for vmail. Right now, I have to download the files and use a local app to listen to them (because I get a "no preview is available" message if I double-click in app).
Would be great to be able to double click on .wav attachment and have it immediately play.2 votes -
Whitelist Email Address as Not-Phishing
I will get emails from known sources and they will be labeled as a "Possible phishing attempt" because they "... failed anti-phishing checks when it was received by SimpleLogin."
I would like to be able to whitelist these email addresses as you can in Gmail so that they no longer get flagged.

Dear Customer Service,
Hello!
Thank you for your information on how to increase the storage space of Proton Mail inbox. I have carefully read the four steps you listed and want to confirm whether these actions can really help me upgrade my storage space to 1 GB.
Regarding the steps you mentioned, I plan to do the following:
Import emails and contacts: I will import my existing email and contact lists to Proton Mail as soon as possible to better integrate my communication environment.
Send first message: I can't wait to send my first encrypted message through Proton Mail to…2 votes -
Automatically remove or change email information in previous threads
I honestly have no idea if this is even possible, but... it would be great to be able to retroactively change emails sent from a specific address.
Potential use case: I send an email, but accidentally send it from my main email address and not my alias. I would like to, upon reply back to the recipient, change the "from" email address to my alias (which is currently possible), but then be able to retroactively go back and change which email address sent the initial email.
Again, no idea if this is even technically possible.

Definable, default email addresses for specific folders
Example:
I have many folders and and many email addresses.
I've organised each email address to filter into specific folders.
It would be great if there was a setting that would mean that: if I open an email from a specific folder and go to reply to it, the email address would automatically default to the filter that goes into that folder.
For instance I go into to my business invoice folder and click to reply to an email in that folder. the email address I'm sending from, would default or change the sender email
address to my specific invoicing…2 votes -

respect Reply-to: header
Proton does not use the Reply-to: header of the email.
We use a webform in the contact section. Emails are sent from site@customdomain.com to site@customdomain.com with a Reply-to: header of customer@someone.com
When pressing Reply, it should see the Reply-to: header and send to the customer. Instead if sees it's sent from site@customdomain.com and replies to site@customdomain.comGmail Reply-to: headers work fine with the same forms.

Zimbra to Google Workspace: Key Reasons for Switching
Switching from Zimbra to Google Workspace brings numerous advantages that enhance productivity, collaboration, and security for modern businesses.
