Option to Control Alias Access for Enhanced Security
Hi team,
I would like to request the addition of a feature in ProtonMail that allows users to disable alias logins or restrict login access to specific aliases.
Currently, aliases can use the same password for login, which raises security concerns as it feels like having multiple back doors that could be exploited if an attacker gains access.
Implementing a way to manage alias login permissions or disabling them entirely would enhance security and align with best practices for credential management.

Notepad
A "Live" notepad would be very useful for getting information from Mobile phones to a computer/laptop. I do this now by sending things from my phone Proton Mail app to my own Email address and then opening then on my laptop. But If I could have a encrypted notepad app I could just paste things into on my phone and then they appear on my laptop that would make things so much easier. Link icon to easily save attachments from ProtonMail to ProtonDrive
When opening attachment in Proton Mail, display an icon to link directly to Proton Drive. At present I have to either download and then upload attachment or navigate through entire device file structure to locate Proton Drive. Gmail provides a link to Google Drive. I find it useful.

The feature could either automatically assign a tag or modify the title of emails that are captured by catch-all feature.

Add "Classic View" layout like Thunderbird has
Instead of just column and row view options, please consider adding the option to switch to the "classic view" layout like Thunderbird has (see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-change-thunderbird-layout#thunderbird), wherein the message list and message display panes are both horizontal instead of vertical.

True dark mode still doesn't exist on Proton.
Proton Drive Docs opens new docs in light mode in the browser on Mac and Windows.
In email, the body opens light in the browser on Mac and Windows.
Wallet opens in light mode in the browser on Mac and Windows.

In the "all messages" folder, is it possible to have a quick option (checkbox next to "all" "read" "unread") to include/exclude drafts and sent messages?

Publish Proton Mail app in the Microsoft Store
Proton Mail can be downloaded from the Proton website but it would be easier if it was available from the Microsoft Store. It's much easier to go to my Library in the Store and install from there rather than go to the Proton website and then download an executable and install.

Use custom email address via SMTP
The title may not be clear but it could be cool to use Proton Mail to send emails from another email address as Gmail does. You Just have to connect your SMTP and IMAP account from your email provider and every thing appears in your inbox so you don't have to connect to multiple websites to view your different inboxes

I am currently using gmail and I just tried the free version of protonmail. I really would like to change for proton mail but I have only one persisting reluctance : in order, in the future, to free some space in my email box, I would like to be able to search for emails that are more than ... Grant permission to Sign-in Account on another devices with no password (but through an encrypted authentication)
A particular situation: I have already signed in on the smartphone A, then I installed Proton Mail app on the phone B, and I would like to log in my account on the phone B without typing my password. Suggestion: maybe a secret code/qr code will be sent to my mailbox (can received on the phone A).

Pin E-Mails to the top of the E-Mail List. This is a very helpful feature in Outlook already, and I love it at work.

Proton Address Book - NOT just a list synced with eg. Google Address Book
I know there is an idea that has been marked as planned. But how long should it be planned? That idea with the name "Sync contacts with phone address book" also has a year on it: 2019. That is WAY to long to keep it in planning!

Add POP3 to MOVE email from other accounts (empty them)
When I signed up for a paid plan with Proton, I expected to be able to empty other accounts, especially Gmail.
At the moment, the import from Gmail is IMAP, and that is understandable as you want to import calendar and contacts.
The mail import will bring in labels, but you do not bring in filters. In addition, you do not have the Google filter that goes on in the background and put less important emails in separate tabs called updates, social media, marketing etc.

Proton Contacts, search all fields, incl. Notes
I find it essential to be able to search all fields within Proton Contacts. Especially Notes, as often add key words in there, if you don't remember names. Search works fine in Mail.
