How can we improve Proton Mail?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  3. Multi-User support for PLUS subscription

    I have a PLUS subscription with a custom domain for my 5 family members. I would like them to gain access to their email separately, but from what I understand this requires a visionary subscription. I would like to have this feature included in the PLUS subscription for up to 5 users (same number of users as email addresses).

  6. I need to set up Auto Responder (Out of Office) for my account. This is a necessary feature for me. Thank you so much.

    In order to guarantee that there is no delay with responding to emails, most email hosting sites have an auto responder (out of office) option to send an automated message in a reply email, as soon as an inbox is received. This is a necessary feature for me and I will greatly appreciate you providing this standard feature. Thank you so much again for your prompt assistance.

  12. Need to be able to see if someone else is login in to my account. Last login.

    There should be a last login in feature so I can see if someone else has logged in to my proton account which I believe has happened.

    a button that you can LOG OUT of all devices ( e.g.computers and phones)
    If a computer have been compromised of a mobile device lost or stolen.
    For peace of mind so you know all entry to your e-mail has been blocked.

    Hello,
    What about improve the aliases system?
    If you see on gmail you can use username+everythingyouwant@gmail.com and you keep receive them.
    This can be useful for who like me need to register multiple accounts with same email.

  16. Block remote images from loading in apps

    Currently, the mobile apps automatically load remote images in emails. This is a privacy risk because it reveals to the sender that the recipient's address is active, that the email was opened, from which IP address, at what time, etc. This gives websites/advertisers/spammers a ton of data about users.

    There needs to be an option in the apps to block remote images by default, and only load them on a per-message basis when the user chooses to do so, just like the feature in the webmail version of ProtonMail.

  18. Why can we not upload and send more than 15 mb? Are we back in the 90s for ever?

    Think protomail is great in many ways. But it is getting sort of useless when sharing photo and sound with upload limit to 15 mb only.

  19. Support TouchID on iOS or Fingerprint+Secure Element to log into the app

    To simplify access to the mobile app and mantain a certain level of security, it would be interesting to add as an option to use the secure element for all phones that support it to store the key and allow an easier and quicker login.
