Snooze email in web app
Having the ability to snooze and schedule emails would be really great! Thanks for your consideration, these are the only two features I miss from Gmail.
Snoozing an email through the web app is now available! https://proton.me/support/snooze-emails
As always, thank you for your continued feedback!

I would really love a feature, to be able to snooze a message so that it drops out of my inbox, but i can configure it to show back up at a specific date or number of days later.

Came to the support page to request this one! Would be great to have the option to "Schedule Send" at a date and time of your choosing.
PLEASE ADD THIS. It would help me work so much more efficiently!

+3 votes!
I frequently think of an e-mail I need to send, but I don't want it sent until a specific date or time. But I sometimes forget to send it at the moment I wanted to. This feature would be a very useful one! -

Please do this. Sometimes it is critical to be able to send emails at a very specific date and time in the future. Thank You

Please add the feature which allows me to send an email at a later, scheduled time. I am a night owl. There is a bias against night owls in medicine and the corporate world (the two worlds I inhabit). Being able to schedule emails will allow me to communicate without being judged by recipients. Please, please, please add the feature.

Yes to this! I have a ProtonMail Plus account and I paid as a vote of confidence, and the ability to schedule a time to send emails would make a difference in the projects I'm working on. Please and thank you.

The snooze and send later functions would support us with planning our email management and work load. These are especially helpful if we want to re-visit a message thread or schedule an email to be sent at a later date, but we do not want to manually track it. Snooze and send later would save us a lot of time and support efficiency.

Protonmail started working on this on April 21, 5 months later and we're still anxiously waiting for these features to arrive.
I hope Protonmail can give us an update on how far they are with this feature, as it is one of the last excuses to use Gmail instead of switching over to Protonmail.

[edit] Note that this reply was on the other, now merged thread about the same functionality;
Please all vote at https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-feedback/suggestions/7762638-snooze-and-send-later , since that one has more votes and Protonmail has apparently already started with working on this feature.

Program sending time, like Gmail has implemented, is a very useful tool.

This would be awesome, but I don't know that it would be practical given the way that ProtonMail works. If the email service is entirely encrypted and only unencrypted on a user's browser or on an app on their phone, then an email would only be able to send when someone is logged into their account or if they have the app on their phone. I could see it as being possible if someone has the app on their phone that is always running, but I could also see ProtonMail getting a lot of complaints that they scheduled an email that didn't send (which would undoubtedly be a prevalent issue). It also wouldn't be an option available through logging in via a web browser. However, if someone has Thunderbird set up on their PC and they use Proton Bridge, and their computer is running, I'd think that Thunderbird would have some type of send it later feature to make this possible already (I don't know much about Thunderbird though).

If E2E is possible with a 'Schedule Send' feature, by all means incorporate it. I'm willing to pay for that. I am slowly moving away from all major e-mail providers, who have the feature, which works best for night owls like me. Thanks for all you do.

I'm a freelancer and being a nightowl, I often work odd hours. I don't want clients to see that I sent them an email at 2am, so I'm interested in a feature that would enable me to write an email, then schedule it to be send at a specific time. Kind of like "scheduled post" on Facebook page.

Voting for snoozing emails so they can disappear from the inbox until the timer is done.

Basically just copy Superhuman's product design as much as you can, but preserve privacy

I would love to have the snooze feature for certain emails along with task and full calendar integration so I can ditch the external calendars I use now (that have adverts) and integrate my work calendar.
