Allow new users (proton.me) to use legacy domain (protonmail.com)
"proton.me" and "pm.me" (current) is short and good, but few services--such as PlayStation account--does not accept both domain. However, when I test "protonmail.com" (legacy) as a domain, it got accepted, but it cannot retrieve mail simply because I am new to Proton Mail, so I don't own the domain.
Anyway, about the PlayStation account, I had to use my Google Mail (gmail.com).
Please provide the option to use the legacy domain for new users. It will be useful for anyone who had similar issue as me. Sorry and thank you.

Agreed! I inadvertently created a "proton.me" address and now wish that I had created a "protonmail.com" address. Ideally, I'd like to receive email at both addresses (and select which is my send address).
I'll add that I would be willing to pay a small, one-time fee to exchange the domain name. But, because this likely won't be my primary email address, I'm not inclined to pay a monthly subscription merely for the ability to use both domains.

I had this issue as well, and it's not even possible to create another account with the protonmail.com domain, since it's "taken." It just makes sense to provide this since not many services recognize the new domain yet.
