Blackberry App
Blackberry App
We have the ability to create a Blackberry app, but are focused instead on iOS and Android. We may build one later this year, or explore the idea of opening our API for the community to build one instead.

I pay $50 annually for hushmail IMAP access on my BlackBerry. Develop a BlackBerry app and I will send my $50 to you instead.

This is similiar request that I already made at:
https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-feedback/suggestions/7214966-chrome-firefox-add-on
The point should be to focus on the fact that users emails would remain secured even after Protonmail servers compromise.

I do not believe many android users are concerned with encrypted emails and high end privacy.
Blackberry is on the same page as your server unless your interests are providing security or increasing proton users with android applications which it seems is the case. The website ( protonmail.ch) was founded in response to the government monitoring leaks of which Google was red flagged. Google is also the software developer for Android so I do not see how that would work really.
If there was a native paid app for BlackBerry I would have it. -

If there was a blackberry app I would move our mail (work) accounts over as all pgp current apps are to clunkey for easy of use and be willing to pay for it as well

You guys need to partner with blackberry. The majority of their user base has privacy and security as the main reason why they use a blackberry device. If ever you made a native app or as you said offer the bb developers the opportunity to create an app it will very well received...trust me.
Blackberry users myself included have been searching for an alternate to gmail for a very long time. Check out this forum post on cb
Please make this happen

I would pay as well...however I saw somewhere that they plan on making an andriod app which can be used on blackberry devices.. But we want a fully native blackberry app not some knock off andriod insecure port. It may be worth it start discussions with the Blackberry team to discuss a partnership on this matter. Since blackbbery no longer has an email service of it own it would be great to partner or even purchase protonmail..just my thought. Protonmail and BBM Protected would be an awesome combination.

Well if IMAP never comes for Hub intigration then a native blackberry app is the next best thing. Blackberry and Protonmail would be the perfect security/privacy combination

Hi guys, just wanted to voice my support for a blackberry app.
I'd also say that if you needed money to develop a secure native app for BB10 then I, and hopefully others, would be up for donating for it. Kind of like a kickstarter thing.
Of course I'm biased, but I would argue that people using blackberries would not only be more enthusiastic about a native app for encrypted email, but would also be able to pay for it.
Love the service so far :)
