Archive folder to save e-mails from inbox

Ability to archive e-mails form inbox to a separate folder, so they are available for search and do not clutter the inbox.

    Can this also be done automatically? Since using Protonmail, I have already lost three important e-mails while I have not deleted them myself? What's going wrong?
    That is why I would like a copy of the incoming e-mails to be automatically forwarded to a folder of your choice.
    A backup folder. I like to keep my inbox clean and clear and that is why I had such a backup folder in my previous accounts.

    This works great! But I would be nice if it would be possible to move e-mails back to the inbox in case one was mistakenly archived.

    Yes - please just add one folder that is called archive. It can even look the same as trash but is never deleted unless I want to...
