ProtonMail

  1. Protonmail is great, why not making a Proton Web Browser?

I'm sure our security on line would increase a 100% with a Proton Browser to get rid of safari, opera, firefox, etc. If you make one we'll be total and complete.

  2. A Dedicated Desktop App

Instead of using the bridge which might prove to be a little bit of a hassle for new users, a ProtonMail Desktop App would be more convenient for users and allow ProtonMail to have more room for expansion through the use of the desktop app. ProtonMail Desktop App would be very convenient for checking your mail on the internet without the need for opening a new tab in your browser and maybe could run in your system tray to allow for notifications and alerts for when you receive emails/chats.

  5. Schedule Sends

One of my most favourite features of other email platforms I have used is scheduled sends. Having the ability to send an email at any time in the future is amazing. Can you please, pretty please add this feature to proton mail? With this feature I believe proton mail will be one of the best email platforms out there. Along with the new Proton Drive, Proton Mail is well on it's way to #1.

  6. Subscribe to ICS feeds

I use a number of other services that provide ICS feeds for calendar events (Remember the Milk, Basecamp, etc.). It would be really handy to be able to add those URLs as calendars to my calendar so that I can view all upcoming events and tasks in one place.

  7. Important Privacy Improvement: disable Google FLOC

You should set the Permissions-Policy HTTP header to “interest-
cohort=()” to opt-out from Google FLOC.

  8. Automatically import .ics events attached to Proton Mail to Proton Calendar

As described in the title, it would be great to automatically import an event attached to a mail (.ics) to Proton Calendar without having to download and manually import it.
Moreover, I would like to automatically answer to the invite.

  9. Coloring of events background in the Proton calendar

Please make it possible to color the background of different events in the calendar. Currently all events have the same color and so it's bit confusing to distinguish among them from quick look at the calendar.

This feature is so important in the calendar for me as a user.

  11. 1. Add search function to calendar

Calendar would be much more useful if you were able to search for a specific event.

  12. Add a service like Microsoft Onenote for save notes

Please add a service like Microsoft Onenote so that notes are safe too.
In combination with ProtonDrive it would be great.
Please develop a iOS-App, Android-App and a Windows-App so that there are the same possibilites like in Microsoft Onenote.
Pencil-Support for Tablets is also very important.

  13. Snooze Feature

For those of us who strive to maintain "Inbox Zero" status, a snooze feature is vital. Any chance this can be added to the queue?

  14. Ways to share calendar access (or create joint calendars) between others

We are migrating from using google products but my husband and I both have accounts over there (and now have proton mail accounts). We SHARE calendars on google so that all my calendars are seen on his calendar and his on mine. I can edit his and he can edit mine. Right now it seems only a "link" feature is available which doesn't integrate into his calendar (and if I have multiple calendars, he would have to click multiple links).

  15. Tor connection via ProtonMail Bridge

While ProtonMail Bridge is connected, there is a lot of information included in the connection by necessity. If this connection were to set up a Tor connection to pass through to the onion version of ProtonMail by default, it would make it more difficult to censor or identify users who need heightened security. If it worked reliably, it could be a way to enhance overall security by both encrypting communication and also hiding the IP address.

  16. 2fa

Pleass introduce 2fa with sms. It makes you so much less vulnerable for loss of device. Replacement of phonenr. on new sim is very easy. Losing the device with auth. app is much more problematic: you lose access to mail

  17. A folder that only shows you messages from specific email addresses

I have different custom email-addresses for everything. One for business, one for spam, one for personal emails, one for banking, etc. I don't want to see my spam emails when I'm only concerned about banking, so I'd love a feature that lets me select only emails addressed to certain custom-addresses to appear in a folder.

  18. Shared IMAP folders

It would be great to be able to share IMAP folders with other users. If two or more totally different users (different email accounts) could sync IMAP folders. I've never seen this before anywhere.

  19. Additional Custom Domains Should Be Standard Not Add-Ons

ProtonMail is an amazing platform and I'm really wanting to transfer my email from Gmail. One aspect that really hurts Proton is the $$$ needed for each additional custom domain. Users of GSuite can add dozens of additional custom domains to send/receive from without increasing their costs. I have 4 domains that I mainly send from, but can't stomach adding an extra $48/year just to use domains I already own. Giving users at least 5 domains standard would make a huge difference.

  20. Proton Calendar Sync with Acuity Scheduling

Are there plans to have Proton Calendar to sync with apps like Acuity Scheduling? I moved to Proton Mail to escape from Google but I can't properly connect Proton Calendar and Acuity Scheduling. So the only thing that works is to sync with the Google calendar from the Google account I was trying to leave. Rather frustrating as I have been able to separate my email and am using a domain specific address. Any suggestions?
