VPN default profile
VPN default profile. I use VPN for work and created a dedicate profile for it. Unfortunately there is no way for me to select the default profile, so whenever it conennects it takes the first fastest server making me change to the profile. I would like to have the possibility to change the default profile.

What is the point of VPN profiles, if you cannot save the most essential connection settings into them?
When I use the VPN for everyday web surfing, checking emails, or streaming Netflix, I do not use features like split-tunnel, port-forwarding, or NAT moderation.
When I use the VPN for P2P file sharing (torrent), instead, I do need to activate the three features I just mentioned. Therefore, at the moment I have to open the application settings and change these three manually every single time.
What is the point of allowing users to setup connection profiles for different purposes, if you cannot save essential connection settings that are clearly an advantage for some of those purposes (that you designed…

[Feature Request] Connect on Boot
Hello, I would like to suggest adding a <Connect on Boot> function to ProtonVPN Desktop App.
But first, let me give a drill-down on what is Connect on Boot.
🔺What is Connect on Boot?🔺
A. This allows the VPN app to load and connect before the user successfully login on the Computer Login Screen.B. This is completely different from Connect on Login which requires the user successfully logged in to the computer and for the VPN app to successfully load on the program startup queue before it starts connecting.
C. Connect on Boot is the perfect companion for users…

ipv6 support
Please do support IPV6 connectivity (The purpose being to be to establish ipv6 connections through the tunnel)
(Currently, IPV6 needs to be disabled to use protonVPN otherwise there is ipv6 leakage. As a result, ipv6 connectivity is broken when using protonVPN)

Improved server search and profile creation.
Provide the ability to search for servers and create profiles using filters based not only on country but things like city, state, type of server (e.g., basic, P2P), load, latency, etc.

iOS 14 Home Screen Widget
It would be great to be able to add a Widget to the home screen on iOS that includes:
- connection status (as an easily visible background color would be great)
- quick-connect buttons if disconnected (to profiles and/or recently connected servers)
- a disconnect toggle (can it include a confirm notification?)7 votes -
Include Domain Names in Split Tunneling Exclude list
Currently, adding a website to the exclude list requires that I first must find out the IPv4 numerical address, which is not easy to do for a lot of people. I eventually found: https://dns-lookup.com
It would be nice if the exclude list could accept names instead of numbers, it would only require using your own DNS server to return the numerical address to the app as an appended tag for the exclude entry - so the app would still work pretty much the same as before

VPN App Shortcut
It would be great if VPN app would have a shortcut to Connect action (maybe even one to Fastest and another to Random). This would allow to create an icon on the home screen tapping which would immediately initiate VPN without opening the app.
