  1. Lifetime plan

    Lifetime plan. Add a 500 GB or 1 TB storage space plan purchase service, for a lifetime. Because this is very helpful to the community and makes it easier to use it sustainably. This is especially important for some communities like ours. And build good relationships between customers and corporations.

  2. Side menu directory shortcut ("Favorites")

    On the side menu below "Trash", it would be nice to have a section for shortcuts to certain directories so I don't have to go digging into the directory tree structure to get to them.

  3. As integraded storage available for apps in Android

    For example: there is a whole list of storage providers to select in MS Word, Excel and co but no Proton Drive. So now I have two options:
    1) download from PD, edit and save, upload to PD (not really my line of working because huge possibility of making mistakes and overwrite changes made on other machine)
    2) use OneDrive

    I prefer: click on file in the Android PD app, choose app to open (Excel for example), edit and save while in edit app, close edit app.

  4. Mail-in function

    Mail-in function to ProtonDrive, an integrated email inbox feature that allows users to forward and receive emails and attachments directly into their ProtonDrive account.

    Each user gets a unique @mail-in.proton.me email address

    When emails are sent to this address, the content and attachments are automatically saved in the user's inbox folder on ProtonDrive.

    Attachments are automatically downloaded to the inbox folder or sub folder. ProtonDrive inbox generates a PDF of the email's full text.

    Use cases:

    1. Secure document reception: Users can have sensitive documents sent directly to their encrypted ProtonDrive storage.

  5. Desktop support for photos

    Hello,
    It's awesome we can now backup photos from phones, however it's not really convenient to search through all the photos (mobile and web), I wish we had an UI/UX similar to what Dropbox does.

    Also I'd love to be able to check my backed up photos from my computer (again, similar to Dropbox, just a preview from the folder, and only download if I open the photo), now I can only check from the web.

  6. Copy file URL in Android app

    When accessing my files and folders from the web interface I can simply copy the URL and use that URL later to immediately come to that file/folder if already authenticated.

    It would be nice to have the same feature on the phone so I can reference the file without making a password protected link or go to the web interface just to get the link.

    Also make the Android app handle such links so when visited from a browser or another app it goes to proton drive directly.

  7. Integrate Docs and Calendar for notes

    One very useful feature that has kept me using Google Docs & Calendar longer than I would like is that when I create a new document I'm given the option to integrated meeting details into the document to jump start on notes. It gives me the meeting details, who's coming, and pre-built sections for notes and action items. I would love the ability to accomplish the same thing with Proton Cal and Drive.

  11. Proton Drive Desktop App - Option to free up space at root folder

    I'd like the option "Remove Download" to show up at the root Drive folder on my laptop. Right now every time I add new files, folder and subfolder I have to manually "Remove Download" after they are done syncing.

    I'd like the option "Remove Download" to show up at the top folder even if there's only a single file that is on my laptop.

  16. Do not occupy storage when files are deleted in the Trash.

    Give us an option to auto-delete trash after 30 days, and at the same time, do not occupy storage when we delete files. That is, do not occupy storage when files are in the trash temporarily for 30 days. One drive, Google Drive, and many other cloud storage systems work this way. If you implement this, then Proton Drive will be the best of the best. Please send this feedback to your team and developers.

  17. Ability to change language in the Proton Drive app for Android

    Hi, since Proton Drive was born I have already written a couple of times to develop the possibility of changing the language since it is only in English but unfortunately this has not happened. Unlike Proton Pass, which arrived a few months ago, the update happened quickly. I hope you can develop this possibility since Proton Drive has been launched more than a year ago and the language has always remained the same. Greetings

  19. Allow friends (non Proton users) to upload files to MY drive

    Someone wants to share a large file with me in a secure way, but they do not have a Proton Drive account. I want to be able to share a WRITEABLE folder with them so they can deposit files.

  20. Non-Hierarchical Sync of multiple folders

    In one of your Swiss rivals, Tresorit, I don't have to create one single "Proton Folder to Sync" but I can define any number of folders on my computer to sync.

    I really like that system because I have no desire to let my file-sync provider determine the folder-structure on my computer (no matter if that is Google, Dropbox, Microsoft or Proton). I have my files spread over multiple hard-drives and partitions and want to sync one folder here, another one there, and group it all by topic, not by sync-status.
