How can we improve Proton Drive?

  2. File sharing (constant streaming) of shared directories between users of proton drive app

    I've had this idea for a while for sharing files, instead of using centralized sites like dropbox. Instead have proton drive app, each install of the app has it's own crytopographic identity.

    The idea is to have something like simple file sharing via constant streaming of data to a directory of your choice, so that users are constantly broadcasting (when switched on) the encrypted packets of file lists and contents of that directory to the network (depending on settings).

    In DRIVE würde ich gerne einen Ordner umbenennen und Dateien aus einem anderen Ordner dorthin verschieben.
    Die Funktion habe ich bisher nicht finden können

  4. I would like to see a way to rename a file that's in the Proton Drive

    When you upload a file to the proton drive it comes with the original name, however, I would like to find a way to change the name on the drive.

  5. Resume all in proton drive

    When some files cannot be transferred you have to manually click on each one. Try again button for all files would be a lovely solution

  6. archival storage

    Now that ProtonDrive is nearing public release, I'd like to suggest ultimately having storage tiers with differing access/restoration SLAs and related discounted pricing (similar to cold storage options from the large cloud platforms). I'd love to be able to keep emergency backups of my large media library in the cloud using ProtonDrive but pay a discounted rate as my access requirements to that content would be practically non-existent.

  7. A RemoteStorage.js integration for ProtonDrive

    I know, I know, this would get you into the hosting business, but could you allow a RemoteStorage.js integration? Specifically, I'd like to have simple web based text/markdown editor, but I don't want to have to ask you next time I get another idea. Just a nice text editor would be nice too though.

    beim Öffnen der Mailbox erscheint seit einigen Tagen als Pop-Up jeweils die Werbung für Proton-Drive (frühzeitiger Zugang zu ProtonDrive). Das stört mich, ich bin zahlender Kunde.

  10. INDEPENDANT price for Proton Drive

    I have a high interest in Proton Drive, but the only pricing I've seen is for getting it WITH Proton VPN. Well I just took on a 1 -year subscription for Proton VPN, Not gonna pay for it a second time concurrently.

  14. Proton Docs which would be similar to GoogleDocs

    Proton mail needs some collaborative word processor and spreadsheet in a drive where people can securely work on it but only the person who owns the files can keep them and no one can download them or copy them.

    Proton mail drive;
    same [ability to search / move to] on the mobile client than on the web client;
    rules to dispatch incoming messages to folders (same as gmail)

    Dropbox and Evernote like service that share storage with protonmail. I think lots of people would happy to pay. :)

  18. Create editable documents into Proton Drive.

    it will be awesome, for who wants privacy for real, being possible to create editable documents, in Proton Drive, it will be maximize users privacy, being possible to write there, and only there, history from ur accounts, like, 'modified name of account x, z hour/minute, y day/year., otherwise, u can write passwords aswell, it will be great, surpassing Google Documents, if u don't really use Google like main, Proton Drive will be great.

  19. Add a print option in the quick option menu

    Hi, right now to print you have to go to the share menu and then select print, it would be nice to have it as an option in the quick menu with download, send and share
