In Your Face Reminder Option
I am terrible at setting reminders on my phone calendar and then just not noticing when the notification arrives until it is too late. How about a notification that won't stop until you do something? More like an alarm. There is an app that does this for Mac (no phone versions), but I have never seen that as an option in an actual calendar app.

PLEASE Add a biometric or Pin lock to the iOS Calendar app!
A biometric or pin lock to keep events in the iOS calendar private is critical, without a lock the app is completely unusable

Create a set of configured alerts
I would like to create a set of pre-configured alerts. For example:
Quick Reminderalert: 15 minutes before the event, push notification only.Breakfast Reminderalert: 9am on the day of the event, push notification only.Super importantalert: 9am on the day before the event, both push and email notifications.
In this way, I can select an alert from my favourite set instead of manually inserting information every time.
Plus, I can modify an alert configuration, and it will relay changes to all the corresponding event.

import events repeating in time
In order to be able to switch to Proton Calendar, I should be able to import events repeating in time, which I have already entered in Apple Calendar. Currently, these are ignored when importing.

Option for contacts to have birthdays and anniversaries added to calendar
I would like to just check a box near the birthday or anniversary box in a person's contact info to have that event pop up in my calendar as a recurring "all day" annual event. And if I uncheck the box, the calendar deletes the entry.

Modify single event in recurring series *when there are other participants*
Currently, in Calendar Beta, I have a recurring series that includes 1 other confirmed participant. If I want to modify one event in this series, the change has to be applied to all events in the series. I am aware that this problem has been resolved for recurring events that do not have other participants. Please make it so that the modification of a series is always the same, whether or not there are participants.

Overwrite single event notifications by calendar default
If a calendar's default notification options are changed, an option shall exist to apply the new notification setting to the already created future events, being them one-off events or recurring events (aka series).

Agenda view for widget
The calendar widget shows the current day only. I'm not such a busy person that I have multiple private appointments per day. What I would need is an agenda view, a list of either the next X events, or a list of all events in the next X days.

Public holidays – Kazakhstan
The new feature public holidays feature was fascinating! However, I couldn't find my country on the list and I wish to help resolve this matter.

Add details to Email event reminders
Please add the actual name of the event and its details to the email notification.
I was excited to have the email notification option added, which was the last thing keeping me from switching completely from Google. However, the email notifications themselves are disappointing, as they don't even say what the event is, so I have to open my calendar separately to see. I keep the notifications in my email as a reminder and delete them when I'm done, and I need to know what the actual reminder is for without having to open the calendar.

Categories / Colors for visual organization of events (and ez color prioritization)
Allowing for customizable color tags to Calendar events enables users to easily (and privately) prioritize their events by name and color.
This enhances Calendar use & importance recognition of events.

Time Zone Conversion
It would be nice if on the left side were it lists the hours of the day if you were able to add more than one time zone and customize the font color for each. Business is often done in many different time zones and it would be convenient to have a conversion available in the calendar.

In a multifunctional calendar app that fits multiple calendars, such as one for personal events, another for work, and yet another for university lectures, the user interface can become cluttered. This makes it challenging to quickly identify important or unusual events in the monthly view.Suggested Solution:
Selective Calendar Hiding: Allow users to toggle the visibility of specific calendars in different views (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) without the manual toggle. For example, I could choose to hide my 'University Lectures' calendar when in the 'Monthly' view to make it easier to spot unique or essential events.

Hide weekends
It would be great to hide Saturdays and Sundays so you can only see the 5 business days; this will remove a (maybe) unused space and bring more space for mobile apps.
(I think this is good for work calendars.)

calendar invite add picture to notes
I want to add a picture and/or document to a calendar invite e.g. a map snapshot of location with directions; or an attached .pdf to review during the meeting that needs to be read beforehand. Along with showing various time zones esp for international meetings, this is important for using with business meetings.

option to check in proton calendar
Often I have tasks to do within the day and I don't necessarily want to delete them from the calendar once they're done in order to keep track of the day they were executed nor do I want to keep getting notifications for them as they are done. Therefore I think it would be amazing to have the possibility to check the tasks in proton calendar (like in a to-do list) so that we don't get notifications for them anymore but they keep appearing as executed in the calendar. I wouldn't force all events of the calendar to be like…
