Combine the lumo plan with mail and drive plan.
Right now, I am paying for proton family, but the subscription does not carry over to Lumo. It wants me to pay for Lumo separately. Why doesn't proton combine them so that one subscription covers everything?

Add our own cat as a companion to lumo
For lumo +, we can add a companion to lumo. Our cats for instance. Then both can act as what lumo does. Free lumo can do this but for an additional charge per month.

Provide a way to keep accounts completely disconnected from AI
No AI, nor company that integrates it, truly cares about user privacy and security. Frankly it makes me reconsider my choice to move to Proton. It's certainly prevented me from moving to any paid tiers

Make Lumo Less Dumb
As a paid Lumo subscriber, there's no kind way of putting this -- Lumo feels really dumb compared to any of the other mainstream LMMs. It struggles to follow and keep up with conversations once they exceed a handful of back-and-forth exchanges, it frequently hallucinates and confabulates, it gets easily confused to the point where I'm having to help it rather than it helping me, and it just generally feels like conversing with a well-meaning but addled, confused elderly person. Lumo integration in meet for meeting summaries & transcriptions
It would be great if the upcoming meet app would have an option to summarize and transcript meetings.

Make the principal ideas, strategies, and values transparent, that drive your safety controls for lumos answers.
Maybe it exists somewhere already. But I would like an easy to find page, where the ideas and strategies behind the safety controls e.g. denying certain answers from lumo are described. I don't need details, just the major Idea about what values, or dangers you're trying to protect/avoid. Just a general Idea what I can expect not to get an answer from lumo for. I think safety controls are ok, and maybe in general necessary, but I'd like to have some tranparency about it.

Lumo automatic chart resizing
In a Lumo conversations, charts right columns don't always allow users to read everything in the rectangle.
Often, users have to scroll right to see all the text and data it contains.
It can cause some friction when using a regular mouse and an external keyboard without a trackpad.If would be nice if Lumo could resize the content so everything reads in a chart without having to scroll right.

short key for new line / marker blok to enter code
When I am using lumo to help with coding, I need an option to make a clean new line, to activate the marker box or to enter code the right way. The enter key leads to submitting my chat, and shift + enter or alt + shift + enter won't work, as the chat interface does not interpret them as 'new lines'. This makes it impossible to enter code. The only work around that works is entering the whole marker box (including markers) in notepad, copy, paste.

Easy button to submit selected conversation as correction
When I get a known incorrect answer from Lumo, I give it web access and lead it to find and report to me the correct information. There should be an easy button for me to submit just that discrete conversation to proton to correct the underlying knowledge base. All within the Lumo platform. I dont have time to go to another feedback or supprt forum, login again, go back and screenshot the incorrect information, paste that into the feedback platform, go back again and screenshot the correct information, switch to the feedback forum and paste in the corrected info, go…

Please allow us to import chat history from other big commercial cloud hosted LLMs to ease transition and not lose all the information prior LLMs gleaned from us, what we are doing, what is important to us, etc.

Provide a Way to Hide Lumo
I really hate this AI fad, because it is bad for the environment and will probably result in people losing their jobs and getting replaced by machines that can't actually do them, and is a privacy nightmare, and the models were trained on stolen data, so I would like to be able to stick my head in the sand and ignore it for as long as possible. Lumo animated stickers pack
Hi,
One of my favorite sticker pack for iMessage (available for other platforms too) is Milk & Mocha bears.
Now Proton you have just a very cute cat and you did already put a lot of effort in the design and animation.
I would gladly use Lumo stickers if you can deliver something as nice :-)

While the AI assistant delivers good to excellent results in many areas of knowledge, it surprisingly seems to be weak in this area, and I have already had to contend with some misinformation. I now have to download Proton Docs to my computer as a txt file and then upload it to Chat knowledge.
