Proton for Business - Enforce Security Key 2FA Policies for Organization Users
As more organizations move towards embracing physical security keys (e.g. Yubikey) for authentication security, please consider introducing policy controls at the organization administrator level to:
(1) Enforce 2FA by security key for all users (specifically require security key 2FA to login, not just TOTP or other forms of 2FA in general).
It is noted that a related request of "Allow security key 2FA without setting up OTP 2FA" is already in place here (https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/935538-accounts-payments/suggestions/48368117-allow-security-key-2fa-without-setting-up-otp-2fa).
(2) Restrict user-account 2FA enrollment/deactivation/modification to organization admins only.
Please allow the organization to determine whether users can make such privileged changes themselves, or…

Balancing delete account now vs have time to review the destructive action
There are tradeoffs between implement an action immediately compared to having time to review the action for security purposes.
For example, deleting an account.
Some people may want to delete the account immediately to remove any trace.
Others may want to have some notice before the account is permanently deleted to prevent any malicious account deletion requests.
Sending a notice about account deletion to recovery contacts and allowing some time to reverse or recover the account is appreciated. This will help protect against malicious account deletion and protect against mis-understandings.

I want navigate directly to the account management section from the https://account.proton.me/apps landing page or via a dedicated mobile application
So that I can quickly manage my account settings without the intermediate step of loading a specific service (like pass or mail) first.*this will save a lot of time when needing to make security and other related changes.

Allow to verify and recover from multiple email addresses and/or multiples phone numbers
Currently, you can verify and recover from one email address and/or one phone number.
I wish to be able to verify and recover by multiples of both.To clarify, I'm not looking for a 2 of 2 multisign solution like Phone 1 AND Phone 2, but from Phone 1 OR Phone 2. The same for external email addresses, while we are here.
Why this? Because I live between two continents with 2 relative phone numbers. One almost doesn't work in one continent; the other almost doesn't work in the other one.

Grace period for deliquent accounts
My credit card company got swallowed up by a larger company and as a result my credit card number was changed. As a result auto-renew failed. Instead of deleting delinquent accounts perhaps put them in stasis for a month or two?

Bulk Actions for the Spam, block, and allow lists
Currently maintainance of these lists is tedious. Add a checkbox column before the address column in the spam block and allow lists. Once a checkbox has been clicked, a new bulk action menu appears that has a dropdown for spam, block, and allow. Add buttons for de/select all and delete all items in this new bulk action header. Also add pagination size in increments of 25.

Ticket, Testphase und einfacherer Support
Ich habe den kostenlosen Accout getestet und möchte nun unlimited testen. Noch nicht abonnieren. Ich finde es befremdlich, dass der ganze Support auf englisch ist. Auch weil es ein Schweizer Unternehmen ist. Es ist für mich befremdlich, dass es kein Ticketsystem gibt, wo mir geholfen wird. Diese Lösung hier ist für ein Unternehmen ressourcensparend, aber wenig Userfreundlich, weil umständlich. Primäre Frage war: Ich möchte meinen kostenlosen account auf unlimited upgraden um ihn kostenlos 8 Tage zu testen. Geht das?
