It would be quite nice to get more features from the paid plan to the free plan, so it doesnt feel basic.

phishing
At the top of every email, under From and To, there are 6 icons you can choose. The icons are:
1 Mark as read.
2 Trash.
3 Move message.
4 Label.
5 Filter.
6 •••Drop down list.My request is to have a report phishing icon, and a block icon added to these icons.
I seem to have to block and report phishing a lot, but it is difficult to access them at the moment.
If they were icon in the top bar it would make things a lot easier.

make a photo backup app separately instead of drive or just integrate
make a photo app and integrate drive in it not the opposite. yes it looks weird but trust me do that or make a separate app for esp photos(i like this idea better) and make its interface super cool and stable + make it more like ente. include the machine learning thing later with updates but make it better than ente by taking "inspiration" from google photos but end to end encrypted. offer unlimited storage for the first month users and make it so stable and secure and cross platformed that they advert for you in reddit threads or just…

Inability to mark a whole email conversation as read
Neither the in conversation context menu nor the bulk selection UI can correctly mark an entire email conversation as read.
Both elements mistakenly mark just the first email as read, instead of the entire exchange.
This leaves inboxes filled to the brim with messages that continue to be treated as unread. It doesn't scale.
The problem occurs on iPhone. Likely iPadOS as well. Unknown behavior on Android and on Web and in desktop clients.

Increase number of custom domains for Family plans, even if you charge a little extra per domain
Numerous people have posted about how there should be more custom domains available for the six users included in a Family plan. I agree with that, but I'd even be happy if I could pay extra for more domains. I'm on Proton Business with my fiancée even though I'm not actually running a business, and you can add additional domains beyond the 10 included for a couple of dollars a month, but if I were to add our kids, who barely know how to use email yet, it would double the cost to over $500 a year for the four…

General Business Application Integrations
The one trend I KEEP running into is that all the features I expect for a business email to integrate with necessary and critical business services are too inaccessible to be useful.
This includes:
- Calendar apps
- CRMs
- Marketing and Commerce systems
and other tools I'm sure aren't coming to mind at this very moment.If proton is to be equivalent to competitor services there needs to be a system that allows these applications to connect and integrate.

Release access to desktop mail app in free plan
You provide for free mobile app (protonmail mobile) for ios and android, calendar and pass - even available for desktop. Desktop app are Much secure than https connection (which is fundamentally trust the central authority certification centre and which use the worse encryption standard as possible. You can read about hackers gain access to company that actually developed and supported TLS protocol in https and certifications and the video from the hated one one youtube

Can we get a filter to Delete Emails Older than a specified Date?
Can we please get a date filter to be able to delete emails older then so many years, months or days please. I was going to create a sieve filter for this until I found out it only works for incoming emails. My problem is switching over from Google brought 10s of thousands of emails from years ago and these aren't needed but they are effecting my experience. The email app is now for slow and the actual desktop app doesn't even respond to anything I'm doing and it's all because of all these emails google brought in.

Cant see Calender Event "Topic" in Mail Remainder in the Proton Mail App
You cant see the topic of the calender Reminder in the Proton Mail App, when you get an Email Reminder on a Calender entry.
You see it in the Windows Client but not in the App for the cell phone. To see the topic you actually have to jump from the Mail App to the calendar.

Confusing UX when attempting to decline individual event in an invitation series
When I try to delete a specific event in a series, then Proton Calendar shows a prompt with warnings about declining the whole series. But that's not what I want!
I want to decline only that particular event, not the series.
Most Proton Calendar event deletions correctly show a prompt with the option to apply the action to just one event vs. all events in the series. But invitation events from emails seem to break UX there.

The Proton Help videos cannot be enlarged and are too small to view (on Mac)
Please make the Proton Help videos larger and add audio to them. I can't see things like titles on systems settings displayed in the video - even with a magnifying glass. The font appears to be about .01 in size. We need to be able to zoom out or maximize/resize the window. If there was audio included, we could use that in the meantime. The video I was trying to view is the one about Login Items & Extensions on Mac. I still can't figure this out, despite seeking Help. Thank you!

Request for Serbian Language Support in Proton Applications
Dear Proton Team,
I would like to suggest adding Serbian language support across all Proton applications. Serbian is very similar to Croatian, which is already available, so implementing it should not require significant additional effort.
I believe there are many users from Serbia who would appreciate this addition, as it would make Proton’s services even more accessible and user-friendly for us.

Stop Doing Sales - They Diminish Your Brand Value in the Long Run
Sales (like 50% off, BOGO, etc.) give you short-term spikes in revenue, but diminish the perceived value of your brand in the long run. Stop doing it. You have a great product. Hold on to the Quality position in the market rather than losing it to go after the Bargain position.
Bundles are fine, but not sales.

A La Carte Bundling
The option to select which products you’d like to bundle.
Example, I’m only interested in Mail, VPN, & Pass and if this was a bundled option for unlimited I’d signup. Others might want something different.

Proton Mail: Option to auto expand entire conversation
I find it slow to navigate between individual emails within a larger conversation chain.
Please provide an option to automatically expand the full conversation, like Gmail and Outlook do. I have RSI so I don't gain anything from unnecessary clicks.

Increased view density option
Coming from Gmail, I am used to having three options for display density- Default, Comfortable and Compact. In Proton, the compact option still leaves too much space both in the LH folder/tag pane, and in the email listing. I suggest adding another density option. Since Compact is already used, the choice of Default may need to be added and then increase the density on the two existing options.

Docs
Reasonably proton docs is still missing a lot of features. Some improvements I've noticed it needs while using it are a page printer view, spacing variability, format memory (when starting a new line font and text size revert to default), precision font variability, better spacing with indented checkboxes, and an easy and elegant UI for viewing already created docs

Add Right-to-Left text editing for email and calendar
For speakers of Arabic, Hebrew and other right-to-left written languages it is very confusing to use Proton's text editors in the email and the calendar when some lines may include both Arabic/Hebrew and English.
This can be easily solved by adding right-to-left text editing like in Gmail, Word, and almost any text editors out there.3 votes -
Pass: Autofill off-screen in landscape mode
Proton Pass correctly displays credential & TOTP autofill on iPhone. However, on iPad in landscape mode, the autofill options are shown way too low, rendering off-screen. In other words, you can't select the autofill options.
I tend to use my iPad in landscape mode with a keyboard case.
As a workaround, I have to switch to portrait mode and back, every single time I login to a website with Proton Pass.
