Flag unreachable domains in users' vaults
Periodically scan the "Websites" field in users vaults for unreachable domains, then flag those for user's review and possible elimination.
Rationale: over time we all accumulate lots of old passwords on sites that no longer exist. Those passwords only clutter user's vaults and (noticeably!) slow down Proton Pass extension.

Standardizing alias names at auto creation
There are a few ways to create aliases:
1. In the app or browser extension, using the "+" button (not relevant for this case).
2. In the app or browser extension, when creating a new login.
3. Directly within a web form.
4. Via the mobile app.The naming convention for the alias is inconsistent depending on the method used: Sometimes it is named "Alias for [Service]", and sometimes just "[Service]".
I think we should just keep "[Service]" and remove "Alias for" everywhere. We already know it's an alias based on the entry type. Furthermore, having the exact same name…

Export to KeePass .kdbx
It would be really helpful if Proton Pass could export to a .kdbx compatible .csv formatted file.

Personal data/identity per login
It would be great if you could track per login what personal information / identity was given in a structured manner (not just notes).
For example:
- which phone number was used
- which address was used
- which bank card was used
- and/or which identity profile was usedThis would make it easy to track which logins need to be updated with new information in the case of:
- changing phone number
- moving to a new adress
- moving to a new bank (card/account)2 votes -
move password popup
Can you give an option to set where the password suggestion popup appears relative to the field? it often appears behind the browser's, which blocks it. It would be nice if it could appear over the field, or on one side, and not just beneath it.

Add FIDO2 support to Windows desktop Proton Mail app
Add FIDO2 support to Windows desktop Proton Mail app so that it would work with Yubico Authenticator and YubiKey using FIDO2. Any ETA?

Old passwords record
A record of old passwords for each entry. This would be helpful in cases where a password change doesn’t successfully update on a website, allowing users to retrieve previous passwords and avoid being locked out.

Allow me to purchase just Pass Plus and Mail Plus instead of having to purchase Unlimited
I purchased Pass Plus at a reduced price ($17.88 for the first year), and now I want to upgrade to Mail Plus ($47.88 per year) from the free email. Unfortunately, the system won't allow that! It's trying to force me to upgrade to Unlimited for $119.88 (minus a prorated refund for Pass Plus)!
Not only can I not afford to spend over $100 for this, but I only need the upgraded Mail app! Apparently, though, Proton is trying to make me pay an additional $55 for upgrades I don't want!
I'm very disappointed in this, and I may have to…

More options for Emergency Access -> "Wait time for access"
A broad selection of wait time options is useful because we may want to offer Emergency Access to a spectrum of individuals, each with a different appropriate wait time. Close family may be given a short wait time of two weeks, but maybe distant family would be given a wait time of 2 months.

send email TO/CC/BCC whitelist/blacklist
It would be helpful to have a toggle button in Proton Email to warn or block you from sending/replying to non-reverse aliases or pre-approved email addresses/domains. That way, when you're using multiple emails, you don't accidentally send an email to the wrong email address or accidentally reveal your primary email by not using a reverse alias in the TO/CC/BCC block.

Enable Auto-Lock by Default
When a user signs out or gets signed out of Proton Pass, any auto-lock set by the user is disabled. Please enable auto-lock by default for some interval considerable less than infinity (say 10 minutes) or make the auto-lock interval set by the user persist through sign-outs.
My confidence in Proton Pass was shaken when I became aware that the timeout I had set on my vault had mysteriously disappeared. It helps, but only a little, to find that it happened according to policy.
This request is closely related to a request entitled "Don't void the PIN configuration after logout!",…3 votes -

Alternative Domains for Proton Pass
In some countries, the entire Proton ecosystem is censored because of Proton’s privacy-focused services. As a result, users who only want to access Proton Pass often have to rely on VPNs just to use their password manager.
The problem is that Proton Pass itself is a harmless password manager. there is no good reason for governments to block access to it. BUT realistically, individuals cannot change censorship policies or the way Proton domains are treated by local networks.
Therefore, I’d like to suggest that Proton provide alternative domains specifically for Proton Pass. These domains could be separate from the main…

Easier way to report autofill issues directly from the browser
It would be very useful to have a quicker way to report websites where autofill is not working properly.
For example, adding a contextual menu entry such as:
Right click on page → Proton Pass → “Report autofill not working”
This would make it much easier for users to report unsupported or broken autofill cases directly from the affected page, without needing to manually report the issue through the extension settings page or create a post on Reddit

autofill username fills wrong field
Autofill takes the Username entry and fills it into the first field even though when is the second field that is clearly identified in the page as Username. An example page that displays this behavior is https://licensemanager.emclient.com/account/login. It would be better for Proton Pass to fill the Username data into the Username field.
Of course I would also prefer to have the ability to also autofill the User Group field, but that's another feature that has been separately requested, but as it is, I must instead put the User Group data into the Username entry to get it into…2 votes -
Better Heuristics and Automatic Saves
A lot of time heuristics won't work on very common website, including this one on the sign-in page or Reddit, sometimes when the native password manager does the job, meaning you have to go into the extension, input pin and do it manually.
Then there's the fact that when doing so, a lot of the time the extension won't automatically save password or login as-created because you didn't confirm creation after generation, which is redundant and an unnecessary step?
Also, it's a bit complicated to update or add field once an entry is created. I cannot edit the current entry…

Fully offline mode with cloud synced option
I would like to see Proton Pass have an option for a fully offline password manager toggle. During the initial setup, it should allow you to pick between Proton Pass servers, or a way to make an end to end encrypted password that would be used to store a copy of the vault's data on iCloud, Google Drive, and Dropbox etc. Then an option to make the password manager fully offline. If a user made the password manager work with online servers, there should be an option in settings to opt into the fully offline password manager. If a user…

Improve Password Sharing
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the “Proton Pass User” feature.
Currently, when sharing a password with another user, it appears that the recipient also needs to be on a paid plan. I believe it would make more sense if only the owner — the person sharing the password — was required to have a paid subscription, while the receiver could remain on a free plan.
In many real-world situations, users need to share passwords with family members, clients, or team members who may not want or need to purchase a paid plan themselves. Requiring every recipient to upgrade…
