Issue: regardless of type of internet use, like browsing, reading news, watching videos, etc, there are an increasing number of times (w time of day and app popularity) that I notice huge lag. I check and see that the server is at 80% or above. If I change server, problem solved. I would LOVE to set a usage limit that, when reached, switches to the fastest available server! I feel like it ought to be implemented already, actually. So, if it's not being worked on, then I think that this would greatly benefit both users and servers from getting bandwidth bogged.
