Account Suspended -- improvement to the warning message
Free users who don't know any better may try using more than one account before receiving an Account suspended notice ("This account has been suspended due to a potential policy violation. If you believe this is in error please contact us.")
After contacting Protonmail support, they then receive the following response: "Unfortunately, our anti-abuse algorithm detected matching accounts that correlated with your own, and in order to protect our interests, we will be unable to assist you in reinstating your account."
It would be MUCH better to tell your users in both the warning message and your support responses WHY they have had their account suspended, and then, LET THEM KNOW they can recover their suspended account by becoming a subscribing member.
Failing to provide this information delivers the wrong message and alienates free users who might otherwise happily become subscribers. Please consider making these changes.
