CRM and related integrations
Erring toward the SMB tier, integrate with CRM vendors that have come up per Gmail integration. Examples being Streak, Contactually etc. ... Smaller, nimbler freemium vendors working to take turf from Salesforce et al. Then, perhaps rinse and repeat with other, more automation oriented platforms. Integrations are key to winning over privacy conscious business users.

Yes please, I support this request. I use proton professionally and CRM integration would go a long way to get out of the Google/Microsoft "monopoly"
For me integration with hubspot would be a first step

Yes please! CRM, Zoom (integrate scheduled meetings with ProtonCalendar), Calendly (to integrate client scheduled bookings with ProtonCalendar). Having all this information managed securely in ProtonMail ecosystem would be a HUGE win for my business.

It is now imperative for my business that we are able to integrate protonmail with Matter/project management software. We are having to copy email text from protonmail into our software it's killing us. Seriously thinking of migrating to gmail host to enable integration with other systems. In particular, Monday.com. We don't have much longer functioning as we are but I don't want to have to drop protonmail.

Hi ProtonTeam
Managing communications ia good, managing relationships is crucial and this is a missing gap at the moment that could be a real opportunity to penetrate the B2B market. In my humble opinion, as a CRM expert for 10+ years I think a real, simple and highly customizable CRM in the Proton Suite could be a game changer.
Please create a ProtonCRM for enterprise clients but also for individuals to manage their relationships.
Thanks!

This feature serves a paid user. As a sales professional this is essential for automation.

As a professional accountant, it is imperative that I am able to communicate with my clients securely and to me, this includes marketing emails...which then need to be tracked through a CRM software. I would love if I could connect my inbox to say..hubspot.

As a paid business user, Protonmail is great except that it makes life very difficult for anyone trying to keep track of many emails and relationships (personal, SME, sales, marketing, business development, etc.).
The functionality is already there for desktop email, let's just take the extra step to make it work with clients outside of those.

I support this topic! Business integrations are a HUGE priority and interest for me.
As a paying Protonmail customer for personal and business email, with my own domains, I've accepted certain limitations - not to be able to integrate with other platforms and services - however, this scope of limitations is not sustainable... Particularly in conjunction with other developing features (such as Calendar & Drive) it'll be entirely necessary for businesses and highly functional users to be able to create integration commands (Zapier +++) for streamlined multi-platform operations.
INTEGRATIONS FTW! lol

I would also like integrations with Cloze and/or HubSpot (or any other automated, intelligent personal assistant CRM).

I'm currently using Cloze and it would be great to be able to use the email feature on it with my protonmail.
