I believe it is critical to add biometric options for unlocking the vault, like in other password managers; require the password periodically, but in between, allow to unlock with just the fingerprint or face recognition.
Also, it is a bit weird to allow MFA with OTP, because it forces the user to use an additional app for managing OTP while PPass already does it. Thanks for considering these requests
