Show dock / taskbar tooltip in Ubuntu
Not all, but lots of programs have a tooltip on mouseover on the dock / taskbar.
For ProtonVPN I had the wish of being informed on mouseover: "Connected to AB-CD#99".
(Similar for ProtonMail "Connected: myemailaddress@proton.me")

I'd be happy even if it just said "Proton VPN" instead of Protonvpn-app. It's the only icon on my taskbar that doesn't display something helpful on hover.
