How can we improve Proton VPN?

Use Hardware / Security Key as 2FA

Allow Hardware Security Keys (FIDO2 like YubiKey) as a backup 2FA for ProtonVPN (like all the other Proton Services). Currently Proton VPN only supports TOTP authenticators for 2FA which is inconvenient especially when all the other Proton services work fine with security keys.

    I agree. It is kinda silly that they already support hw keys but for some reason they left VPN service out of it.

    I don't have a subscription yet, but my Proton account uses a Yubikey for 2FA. Is ProtonVPN different/separate?
