Stop Auto Renewal
Why would anyone sign up for auto renewal without even trying your product. Do you have such low confidence in your product that you must include auto renewal in order to keep your business going? This should not be part of your business model. Once you pay for a plan (*auto renewal required) they make it as difficult as possible to remove auto renewal. I'm a new paying customer and this is how you treat me. I've wasted so much time and effort trying to figure out how to stop auto renewal, only to find that I must downgrade my plan and provide credit card information and other personal information in order to do so. You do your Brand a great disservice by using what I consider sleazy business practices. Auto renewal should not be required in order to purchase your products. If you can't survive without doing this, at least offer an opt-out at the purchasing process.
