Improve NetShield capabilities on mobile
while the Desktop version display number of ads blocks, the android version should show same.
Other capabilities for mobile versions (Android & IOS):
- Block 3rd party trackers an app used. An example is Duck Duck go App Tracking protection.
- Notify when malware got blocked.
- Add a log feature showing which app use 3rd party ads.
