Hi, I understand that you want to be profitable, so my idea is to make it as cheap as the competition for a yearly subscription but with a monthly payment option. A lot of people (I mean millions) would buy the service if it's cheap enough, and most of them don’t even use it afterward… I can say this from my own experience. I’m paying 50 cents every month to Snapchat just because it’s so cheap I can forget about it. I don’t use the extra features of Snapchat, but I pay for it anyway because I don’t mind supporting the service for such a small amount. It’s the same with a VPN. I don’t actually need it, but it’s nice to have if I ever do… This small price, up to €3/month, is within the acceptable range. But if it’s for 2 years upfront, I'd rather use Shark VPN, as it looks better. However, if I could pay monthly, I would probably never unsubscribe because it’s small enough that it’s not worth my time to cancel.
