Proton Drive: Desktop uploads not as reliable as Web uploads
For some reason, Proton Drive desktop uploads keep failing over and over, indefinitely. Whereas the Proton Drive Web client is able to successfully upload files (and show basic information about transfer rates and ETA's).
This happens with large files on slow networks.
I find it surprising, because normally a native application has more opportunity for control and tapping into performant, reliable code than Web apps.
Unfortunately, the Web client was never designed to automatically sync the local Proton Drive directory tree. So although it is able to upload files, manually dragging & dropping hundreds of files creates more labor compared to the automation that desktop clients provide.
