More autofill on Android - Tiles, inline, accessibility, draw over
Show login credential suggestions in login fields instead of just "Get from Proton Pass". I don't want to be redirected to the app every time.

The autofill function works better but it still has a long way to go, it works about 50% of the time... Bitwarden works 95% of the time... Come on Protonpass!!

My experience with auto fill on Android has been less than satisfactory. It usually works only partially or not at all. Until the auto fill is perfect it would be great to add a System tile to force an auto login event. Bitwarden has this and it works great as a backup for when the regular flow fails.

This has been done already a few months ago, so it should be marked that way

On Firefox Android, when returning to an existing tab of a login page after some time, the autofill service on the keyboard does not show up when clicking on username/password field, but it does once I reload the page.

Include to this, the option to have (Android) PASS not to run any 'Save to Pass' requests on user defined domains like the Pause-List. (I get the request every time I enter my PIN unlocking my PM app)

Hey,
So i've went and tried Proton Pass, generally ok but not on Android, it's terrible at recognizing stuff but i'm emailing you because i know the reason: Your app doesn't have "display over apps" privileges unlike 1password and Microsoft Auth.

Why is that? are you planning on getting that permission eventually? I'm pretty sure you can't make a password manager on android without that specific permission otherwise you end up with something like now that only works 10% of the time.
Also are you also planning on adding "Copy 2FA" like on iOS?

Coming from dashlane and wanting to use full proton this is my biggest issue rn. Super critical!

There are still a lot of websites/apps where autofill is not working or where proton pass button doesn't even show up (sign up/sign in).
This makes the whole process tedious. -

Autofill sucks! I am not able to use Proton Pass at all after using bitwarden for more than 3 years now. Seamless autofill should be the basic feature of any password manager just like phone calls on a smart phone!
I am still using proton pass as I want to support their team.

Hi, I'm a bystander and Proton fan who's looking for problem reports to help me understand the issues I'm facing on Android.
To comprehend your report the reader will need detailed steps to replay the problem on their device. Which OS and what type of device? It sounds like you might be experiencing this on a mobile, but please say precisely which versions of the software are involved.

For me ProtonPass Shows the login credential but nothing happens when I press them or when I press "From Proton Pass".

Not all Android browsers support AutoFill such as Brave.
Other password managers are using accessibility service as workaround -

Yes having the exact same problem with auto fill on Android.

I also have autofill problems. It'll prompt me to create a new account (email / password) even though I already have login information saved for the website.

Since Version 1.6.0 this is working for me. Thank you, Proton Team!

It is the one thing that is holding me back from completely moving to ProtonPass, also the auto copy of 2FA token!
Very critical! -
