Thank you, Ilja. That worked very well. You do need to be comfortable with Docker and a terminal to do this, but I guess many Proton users are okay with that.

The workaround over Vaultwarden is a way but as i see right now the PIN from the Credit Cards get not Imported from the Vaultwarden.
So keep that in mind.. maybe some more stuff is missing.

Used vaultwarden method here in the comments. Works good after figuring it all out! Would be much nicer to have a direct conversion.

I used the following workflow:
Export vault from enpass as json
Run a local instance of https://github.com/dani-garcia/vaultwarden
Import into vaultwarden
Export as bitwarden vault
Import into proton pass
