Default password generator settings
Generate password generates passwords that are long, Some websites have limits on the length of the password. It would be nice if we can control the length of the password and also the kind of characters in the password(alphabets/numbers/special characters)

Password configuration options, much like auto saving passwords, and suggesting passwords are basic functions of a password manager. Shocking this isn't in there.

That's one thing I like about 1password. I can set a default that's more secure than the default default. I usually have 30 letter long passwords as default as most sites support it, and only lower it when I need too.

For password - give us an option for minimum special symbols, capital letters, numbers, option to not use easily mistakable symbols (eg uppercase i = lowercase L, letter O with number 0)
For passphrase - option for randomize capital letters, option to have different amount of digits (eg. Chair12-table0-Book-Candle894) -

I agree that Proton Pass should give users the ability to configure the length and type of characters in generated passwords - just like Bitwarden

Additionally, it would be beneficial if users were able to switch between generating random passwords or choosing a memorable password when creating new entries via the web browser extension. Having this option available could provide more flexibility for users who need more control over their security settings.
