100%!! I didn't know simple login existed until emailing proton support. Apparently all my aliases are on a separate website, fine, but at least give me a link that shows me where to find them so I can send from an alias instead of just receive/reply.

Yes, yes, under an alias, for example below the history section you could add a section to create/delete/view contacts similar to Simplelogin one. In this way we could stick with just one interface.
