Improve Icons Implementation
The current icons implementation with pixelated favicons greatly negatively impacts the overall presentation of Proton Pass, which is otherwise beautiful.
As a solution, implement multiple layers for the Icons implementation:
- Provide an auto-matching Rich Icons implementation where the Proton server holds a repository of high resolution icons for most sites. Similar to 1Password.
- Fallback to "apple-touch-icon" if available as they are generally much higher quality than the "favicon".
- Fallback to "favicon".
On top of that, an icon chooser:
- Provide a set of stock icons, especially useful for self-hosted services like Nextcloud or logins with no websites linked. An implementation of this can be seen in Aegis Authenticator on Android.
- Then a "custom" option which just lets you choose an image file as the icon.

I quickly went through all the icons once I'd organised my safes.
I'm a bit frustrated not to have more choice.
