Add more fields to cards
The card seems generic enough for most credit/debit cards, but needs custom fields, like the logins have.
I need to add Name, Address, additional pin codes, sources, process numbers, unlock key, unlock digital address key, document number.
So, by adding the "Add more" option like we have in logins will give this flexibility.
Thank you.

Yeah honestly I also have non-Credit card payment options which I'd like to store. Here in germany we have Girocards which allow you to pay but they have different field which makes it impossible to store. I could maybe use a dummy login for my card but when I switched over from 1Password I was able to use the normal card type there. No idea why it's so restrictive

Yes, in my country there's a couple of extra fields that are usually asked for when using cards, and it'd be more convenient to have that information in the entry.

Today I needed to store extra information for one of my cards, and I realized cards don't support custom fields.

Just noticed these don't exist. Didn't come over on my import from 1Password as a result. Can always look back to 1Password for these, but never sure if something had custom fields or not. Also, as I add new credit cards there's nowhere to put any custom fields since 1Password is only there for me now for what was there when I dropped it for Pass. Can't update it anymore.

It would be useful to insert additional fields in card type records. Banks add a two-factor system with 3DS security code but it is not possible to add it in the card data

Add more fields should include URL, passwords, text, email, phone. Why is it so limited? Often there is a need for additional password fields.

Proton pass has 6 different categories (login, password, card, identity, notes, alias) and each category has a different field. But I want to add credit card number + site login info. Also, I want to add the phone number on the back of the credit card. However, currently only "Note" is available but I am not able to click to "copy" those login id or phone number. So to make it much much easier, it is better to have some flexibility to add any field in any item type.

Agree 100%. This is creating problems for me as the only way to include all account info is to either create several entries for the same account (e..g., credit card and login--and the more times data is entered, the greater the chance of of data entry error and exposure risking fraud). For now, I'm skipping the credit card template as too limited.
I also need to separate field for tags, but a customized field would be more reliable and more useful if all entries were automatically added to a drop down menu to choose from those already created instead of consulting a list that needs to be created and maintained separately.
The capacity to upload images would also improve the usefulness of the form and the app.

+1 This is absolutely demented. I can't add my AMEX because it has both a CVC and a "security code", which are distinct and used in different contexts. Fix this nonsense.

The option to add multiple "tags" or "labels" to a password would be great. Having tags do a predictive display as you type would help with consistency. Of course, a search/list by tag would be needed too.

I like to use a password manager to store card info for all types of cards, e.g. library cards, rewards cards, identity cards, etc. It would be nice if we could create custom fields (like the "Add more > Text/Hidden" that is available for Login-type entries). Currently, I have to use the "Note" section to store all the card info that doesn't match up with credit card fields.

1. We need the zip code field for credit cards;
2. We need option to add/remove custom fields;
3. We need option to show only selected fields.Imagine we have an american credit card. It has zip code.
Let me add own custom field: zip.
I also want to add billing address field.Let me choose what type of fields are: secure (hide information as a card number) or open (like notes).
Let me to choose what fields I want to see when open the card. I don't have any notes so I don't need an empty note field.
I want to show covered zip code and open billing address. I don't want to show pincode field coz it's empty and takes space. Also note field eats space but it's empty.
Also I don't want to show some custom fields but I want to have this information when I open to edit. Why? If I share the card I want to give only visible fields, not hidden

Currently the 'card' login type is very limited and it does not allow additional parameters to be added. My bank's have various codes, safe words and other details that I would like to all keep under one login type and not need to create a login for each bank.

Why can't I add custom fields for Cards?
There are way more fields important for my e.g. debit card, like IBAN number, ....
Also I would like to add other "cards" like e.g. passport, ... and thus need custom fields. -

The Login type have the option to add a named field with hidden entry. The credit card does not offer this so I have to enter in "plain text" things like Pass Phrase or Security Question. Plenty of my cards offer these items. Or maybe I want to track the credit limit on each card in Pass, but not risk someone clancing an eye?
