The “Search in all vaults” search bar does not behave as a search bar. It is only a “button” that when clicked opens a new window with identical search control that works as search.

Clicking within a search bar should not open a new window, rather it should allow the entry of a search term.

I would prefer simple filtering of the list from the man ui search bar, but regdless, this needs some tweaking for sure.
