Secure link sharing with additional/optional email verification
I really like the secure link sharing feature in Proton Pass, especially the ability to edit an item and have the latest version automatically updated in the shared link. In 1Password, a new copy is created each time I share an item, which means I have to generate and share a new link every time I make changes. I also appreciate the ability to view all shared items under "Secure links" in the navigation, along with the helpful indicator showing whether an item has an active shared link – features that 1Password lacks.
However, there's one useful feature from 1Password that I'd love to see in Proton Pass:
Secure link sharing with optional email verification. This allows me to specify email addresses (in addition to setting an expiration time and view count), so that anyone wanting to access the shared item must enter their email address and verify it with a one-time code.
I think this would be a great addition to Proton Pass.

This is a critical security feature that should be implemented for security reasons.
I know half a dozen people in my workplace alone who would subscribe to Proton Pass if it had this ability to limit who can view the login instead of allowing anyone to view the link which is not very good security. Many people I talked to said they are using 1Password precisely because it has this feature and it is the primary reason they subscribed. -

If the shared URL is stolon, everyone can see it and I feel it is not "secure". So I agree to add some additional layer of security.
Please correct me if I am not understanding the proton pass's share link feature. Thank you
