I would like to strongly support the implementation of an email templates feature in Proton Mail.

For professional users, the ability to create and reuse email templates for recurring replies is both a basic and essential function. It significantly improves productivity, consistency in communication, and overall efficiency—especially for businesses handling frequent customer interactions.

This feature already exists in most major email services and feels like a natural and necessary addition for Proton Mail to remain competitive for professional use cases.

I believe this option would bring real value to many users and encourage wider adoption of Proton Mail among professionals and companies.

I just switched from Google Workspace to Proton Business Suite and this feature is the most important feature lacking in Proton's email. I use it regularly to save time when responding to client requests in my Business account. It seems like a simple feature to include. I honestly don't understand why it's not already a feature.

Unless there is a template facility, I cannot use proton mail as my primary mailer.

it's 2025 and still no mail templates to save on proton mail. I am considering to quit and use some other mail service because it is unacceptable after so many years to not be able to save a text for multiple customers.

I'm about to have a deluge of emails over the next few months all of which need a specific template. Only to find out such a, basic thing that is in most email clients is missing. The more I use Proton the less impressed I am as there are core deficiencies in Proton's product. Security and privacy is important but if you are killing productivity....well I'd rather use Google.

This is an extremely necessary feature, especially for small businesses. I'm not sure why this was not a standard feature, but hope you'll consider this a top priority. Please work on improving your current products over releasing new ones!

Please make this a priority. Proton Mail is an amazing app, but I'm still having to use Gmail for access to my many email templates. Make this happen please and then I can finally dump Gmail altogether. Thanks

This is the single biggest miss of ProtonMail. How does such an amazing app doesn't have Templates?!?

Me too. I need a lot of templates for business use. Or a "Notes" folder where I can quickly copy and paste from. Maybe it can be made manually for now...
