Ability to Search for Contacts by Phone Number
Hi! I have been using Contacts within ProtonCalendar more lately and would really like the ability to type in a phone number (or partial phone number) and see which contact it belongs to. Some people I only have emails for, so the search by email is great! I think expanding it to allow for searching by phone number would be super helpful and also allow Proton Contacts to better compete with the likes of iCloud/Google Contacts but with all of the awesome E2EE on top :)

Totally agree (but actually allow for search to query all fields within the contact)!

I frequently use search with my Google Contacts, across many of the fields, and find it frustrating that I can't do this in Proton Contacts. Unfortunately I have to retain my Google Contacts entries as a duplicate.
Perhaps this could be done in the same way as full search is implemented in Proton Mail, i.e. by downloading the contacts into browser-accessible storage?

Using proton mail on your phone you have the possibility to consult your contacts.
But it is not easy to access. In addition we see only the name of the contact and email address, to see more info you have to develop. A great improvement would be to see the name, email, and main telephone number immediately.
So it would be very easy to use only Proton to keep up his phone contacts, and abandon the other apps that are not safe from indiscretions.
The best would be that this is a little faster than currently... -
