Improve views and format with save to pdf preview and print preview
Currently Print preview and save to pdf preview is buggy. It does not showing all of the email, borders, and pictures. The body is missing sometimes and the letters or pictures are cut off. The paper is saved as a pdf and printed incorrectly. The only work around is to export emails as a .eml. Open in other application like Microsoft outlook so it can print correctly.
It is really time consuming if when you have to do research or gather information for a lawyer and you are exporting one by one hundreds of emails.

Paperless is still an ideal, and not a reality for many workers. Would be good to be able to click options for printing (or NOT printing) headers, attachments, sender also.

Agree!! I too can no longer print the entire message shown in the popup print preview - images are now shown too large, and the right side of the message gets cut off when printing window content out! This is an essential function - please address this issue. TY!

My printing here is terribly small! Even when using those "make bigger-Make smaller" features.

Size of printed characters should be simply ajustable

Agree! The printed version is sometimes impossible to read. Also, the text size depends on the size of the browser window. Overall, it is pretty hard to have high-quality prints of highly important professional emails.

When choosing to print an email, it gets very badly reformatted. This is ok for casual note but highly unacceptable for important information.
