When an email is sent to a catch-all address, send the reply from the address used
When I receive an email to a catch-all address and reply, I then have to leave the email, go to settings and manually configure an identity to reply from the address they emailed.
There should be an option to make this the default behaviour when replying to such an email, without manual intervention.

Agreed, this one reason is why I may not renew my subscription with Proton Mail. Fastmail has this exact feature and works flawlessly on desktop and mobile. Trying to do this workaround on mobile is extremely annoying
