Indent capability on mail message editor

I am using the MacOS client and WEB client and it would be nice to have an Indent capability to improve message formatting. Currently there are only bullets/numbers and alignment options.

    I wish the alignment menu would have a "Justify" option among the formatting options.

    A button that would insert an horizontal line (<HR> HTML tag) would be appreciated.

    The "mini composer/editor" frame of the signature setting misses an emoji button. This isn't about the message editor itself but it still involved text composition features; let me know if I should file a new enhancement request.
