Improve UI/UX for replying to emails
I'm not sure about anyone else but it's quite frustrating that the interface for writing a reply to an email covers up the email you are trying to reply to.
Would it not be better to follow the UI of Google Mail where you can reply in a box under the actual email you're replying to instead of having this floating window stuck to the bottom of the page?

I'm just commenting on this to bump it up — it's crazy to me that I have to open a separate browser with the same email when replying to a thread, either that or minimise and reopen my reply every other minute when I'm trying to type a response.

Does the fact you have to hide your reply window to view the email you're replying to not bother anyone else? This seems absurd to me.
