Edit/delete both Current and Future events for a recurring event series
Google Calendar has long supported the ability to choose whether modifications to an event in a recurring series will affect the current event only, or the current event and all future events. Exchange long lacked this ability, but at some point has gained an option to do so: https://oneminuteofficemagic.com/2025/06/12/editing-recurring-events-in-outlook-with-this-and-all-following-events/
Workflows I wish I could do but don't think I can right now (or it is difficult to do):
- Delete an event from a recurring event, plus all future events in the recurring event. Eg, I have a recurring event, but I no longer need it going forward.
- Edit an event in a recurring event series, and have any changes to it apply to it and all future events (but not earlier events). Eg, The meeting's name is going to change, or maybe I need to move its standard date/time to a different date/time, or change its frequency going forward, but I don't want to modify past events.

I would like to add another workflow:
When deleting recurrence, we shall not have all PAST events deleted. Therefore, as mentioned above, let the user decide if deletion will cover:
1. all future events only
2. all events in the calendar (past and future)Currently all events are being deleted, and Google offers the option to choose.
This is important to keep track of past events in the user’s calendar, in case they need to check any information from past days, months, or years, it will be all in there. This feature is also lacking in Teams, Outlook, but I honestly don't care about them. So, I guess Proton Team doesn’t want to have their features being compared with MS products’ failures.
Many thanks!
