Improve BCC handling for filters

Filters set for a specific recipient only look at the "To" header value. If its value is "Undisclosed-recipients:", it fails to work. "X-Original-To" and "Delivered-To" could be (should be?) used as a fallback for these cases.

    I am having the same trouble. Many people use BCC for newsletters, which are sent to my newsletter email address. All newsletters sent to that address are normally caught by my filter and sent to a special folder, but this doesn't happen when they use BCC. I also receive non-newsletter emails from the same sender to my main email address, so filtering on the sender would not work. This means that I have to manually sort all of these out. I really hope this is fixed soon! Hopefully it would be a simple thing to let us filter on Delivered-To.
