Proton Business should provide a central organization directory containing all users and shared addresses within the organization.

Currently, employees must know a colleague’s exact email address because the composer does not reliably search and suggest users from the business organization. This makes internal communication unnecessarily difficult, particularly for larger teams.

Please allow users to:
* Search colleagues by name, email address, department, role, or team while composing an email.
* Receive autocomplete suggestions from the organization directory.
* Browse a central employee directory in Proton Contacts.
* View shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and group addresses.
* Control which profile information is visible to other employees.
* Automatically add or remove directory entries when administrators manage organization users.
* Access the same directory from Proton Mail, Calendar, and other Proton business services.

Administrators should be able to manage directory visibility, searchable profile fields, and access permissions.

A centrally managed, searchable directory is a fundamental business-email feature. It would remove the need to maintain employee contacts manually and make Proton significantly more practical for growing organizations.
