Follow the requirements of RFC 3676 when formatting nested quotes
Currently, the Proton Mail web client formats nested quotes (quoting a quote) as > >, which violates RFC 3676; the standard requires the sequence >> for a second level of quoting depth (and similarly for deeper levels).
