Currently it is unclear how the Mailing Lists view differentiates mailing list emails from non mailing list emails. At the moment the active mailing list fills up quickly and it is hard to clean up. I'd like to be able to exclude certain email addresses from entering the view in the first place. The "Remove from list" option on the 3 dot menu is insufficient as a new email will add it to the list again.
