Exple usecase :

I registered myname.net at myRegistrar

I use it for all my family members : me, 3 childs, sister, mom and dad.
Actually, my DNS configuration, have MX records handled by myRegistrar mail servers and I have set those forwarding addresses :
me@myname.net forwards to me@gmail.com
child1@myname.net forwards to child1@gmail.com (idem for child2 and child 3, you get the idea)
sister@myname.net forwards to sister@otherprovider.com (idem for mom and dad)

Now I want to say "goodbye Google, hello ProtonMail" for me and my childs but not for my sister and parents. Their mails, their choice.
With a Visionary account if I set the MX records to ProtonMail servers I can have my childs and my addresses managed by ProtonMail but I can't keep the forward for my sister and parents towards thier email providers.
I won't say to my family "you can no longer use our family domain name, cause I decided to quit Google"
So I can't use ProtonMail for now, too bad :/

Please, it seems this is a long time request, put it on your roadmap, you're loosing customers !

I also need it for stupid things like parcel tracking services. It's really annoying to manually forward the shipping information to third party apps

Don't know if it's possible, but the ability to check box of emails without reading them and forward them to other people.

I don't see a feature for forwarding my Proton emails to another email service provider.

It is a feature that allows a user forard all incoming emails to another email address.

I think it would be really nice to have one inbox for my family and have posiibilty to forward mail to my familys proton mail accounts.

And if this is an insecure option, not all mail received needs to be treated as such, especially alerts generated from systems. To use protonmail this is a must have - automated flows are necessary also for (some) emails.

YES! I need to have one of my emails auto-forward to my IT guy for support w/out me being online...an auto-forwarding feature would be VERY helpful!

I have a friend who would like to receive a copy of bills that come to my email address because I'm the primary account holder. Could you guys please add some form of message forwarding? Even adding it as an action in sieve filters would work for me.

Forwarding messages to other accounts based on a filter is critical if people are going to use PM for daily email service. This is especially important when receiving a message with a calendar invite so the invite can be forwarded to your calendar service. Right now you have to manually do this which just slows down everything.

I am wondering for the update of such a thing? I am okay with giving you access to my private key in change for forwarding emails.

Include the possibility of auto forwarding emails

Please add this feature! It is a big pain to navigate numerous inboxes.

Yes I know it's insecure, but I would like this feature so that I can forward to email to other family members. At a minimum, it would be nice if forwarding could be enabled between different proton mail users.

Auto forwarding based on a filter would be so useful. The primary use case for me would be to auto-forward account statements to wife/clients/attorney/etc.based upon sender domain.
