"Reply-To" field for outgoing emails.
"Reply-To" feild is missing in ProtonMail, where we can set an reply-to email address while sending emails. This enables the recipient to reply to that "reply-to" address instead of the one from which the email was sent.

I discovered this shortcoming before upgrading from free. This is a deal breaker.

I still would like to see this!

I realy vouch for protonmail, really. But this request is already 2 years olds, and not even a sign of devs paying attention to it meanwhile it is a BASIC feature of all email provider. You're pouring resources into things like calendar and drive, and what is it even for if you are losing focus on the main product. I am a paid user and if there is no sign of milestone for this I'm moving on to the next provider.

Two years later: I'll be dropping protonmail if it doesn't have this feature on my next renewal.

That's not what "Reply-to" is for! What we really need is to be able to set the "From" header.
Please vote for https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-protonmail/suggestions/18892543-custom-sent-from-without-custom-domain as that's more appropriate.

YES!!!! I need this feature too!! I set my acct up in Thunderbird using the Protonmail Bridge and Thunderbird supports this, but Protonmail and the Protonmail Bridge do not so the send fails. VERY IMPORTANT. I can't use my alumni account with Protonmail.

This is the feature keeping me from switch totally to ProtonMail. I use an email alias either from my university alumni group or my professional society, and can't the way ProtonMail currently works.

I needed it today, and I wonder where this was hiding. It wasn't there, so I hope, and if I read back, is this request already for 2 years. So to bump this request, I hope that protonmail can do something for us. I also forward alias email addresses from a other domain, and I like to setup a reply to, for some aliassen.

+1, I've use an e-mail alias for 20+ years to allow freedom to move between providers. This is a critical feature after > one year requesting it.

The intent is that a "Reply To" address field on an e-mail would cause recipients to reply automatically via a ProtonMail alias address if specified by the sender. This way, the sender is more assured that the recipient will actually respond to the alias being supplied by the sender and not simply to the senders actual originating address field.

Waiting for this for two years. I can't use proton mail without it. Moving on to another provider...

For myself (new here, just set up an account to try it out) there's little point in a catch-all if I'm forced to respond with one of my preset addresses.
I'd not only really appreciate a reply-to field, but if it could be prefilled automatically with the email address that was used to send it to my inbox, that'd be a huge bonus.

Yes, I need this. I use an email forward from my domain, and I don't really have an interest in turning over total control of that domain to ProtonMail. I like things how they are. I can forward emails from my domain to ProtonMail, but I can't set a reply-to address for my replies to go to. Such a basic feature. I subscribed to one month of ProtonMail today and I may be unsubscribing next month as, at present, I don't see how I can use it without this.

Lack of this feature is preventing me from doing full switch to this application. I may need to find another solution.

Hello,
I would also need this "reply to" field urgently - in my case for using with emails with the "+" sign.
