More than 25 recipients - increase the limit for sending
Please allow more than 25 recipients for Professional customers. You will allow me to pay you for >100 users, but you won't let me email my entire company. I am a growing business, I would like to grow with you. This arbitrary limit makes that very difficult.

I was excited about Protonmail, but didn't realize until my kid's class's school parents sent around a group email (to about 40 addresses/ 2 per kid in the class) that I would not be able to reply all to a group like that. THAT IS INSANE! I am a part of a lot of these group type emails, and I'm even paying for a premium plan -- how is a group email not part of it?!?!

I fully agree. I have a paid plan and find myself quite embarrassed whenever I need to answer to an email which was originally sent to more than 25 recipients. A 50 recipients limit would be less constraining.
Thank you for the great work otherwise! -

This is one of the embarassing anti-features of Protonmail. I regularly find myself splitting an email into two emails because of this.
Please fix.

The ability to pay to increase max single email size up from 25 MB/email or the addition of increased max single email size to membership features

Why are you limiting me to 25 email recipients?
How do I cancel this subscription? -

Limiting to 25 mails for a paying version is ludicrous.
I like your email service but this is going too far.
I simply can't use it in the current state. Sometimes I need to chat with groups of 30-50 people, how am I supposed to do?
There is already a hourly limitation, this should be more than enough! -

I really need to be able to email more than 25 people at a time. I'm a grassroots organizer. I'm not a spammer!

Don't limit people to send out emails. Other emails services Don't limit you. Also not able to add Group emails. These two features need to be added. Do you need to pay a yearly fee to have these features?

If it's not possible to increase the attachment size (I need it to be at least 100mb) then are you able to offer an alternative method e.g. Dropbox? I would love to use your service and have opened an account but it's not workable with only 25mb attachment size. Thanks

Fully agree... this type of constraint definitely prevents me from fully moving to ProtonMail... otherwise the service is great !
Keep up with the great work

I was unable to respond to more than 25 users for a Family reunion - there is apparently a limit to how many email accounts we can respond to without the message going to the draft folder.

It would be great because you can send encrypted files with time delay. Very cool option but current size is unworkable. I will upgrade to paid account because I want to support you guys, please allow for this in the future.

Yes attachment size needs to be increased. Would upgrade to a paid account for this.

This is an important request as my family is composed by 30+ people, we keep in constant touch and the actual limit is set to 25 recipients, so I had to separate them in two groups (including original sender twice) to let them know that I'm using ProtonMail from now or to reply our conversations. The max limit for files should be 30MB in case that we users have to send larger pdf, and besides, we should be able to scroll between all emails through CC and BCC (like other email services allow) in case we type incorrectly any address, need to add more recipients or review who we are sending messages to.
Another important aspect is that sometimes the full screen composer window can't be minimized, and other times it's footer stays upon email addresses or the message itself having to refresh the browser to restore the composer UI.
Thank you!

Increase attachment size limit to 1/10 of the allotted mail box storage.
For 500mb of mailbox storage, increase attachment size limit to 50mb (2x as much as gmail)
Increase attachment size limit to 500mb for premium accounts with 5gb of mailbox storage.

The current recipeint limit per email of 10 is extremely low. I appreciate that you want to avoid people sending bulk emails, but 10 is unrealistic.
There is more than 10 people in my family and friends - how can I send emails to them with limits like this?
What happens if I am cc'd on an email with more than 10 people and I want to reply all?
I think its more realistic to have a recipient limit of >= 50. But 10 is extremely low.
Surely the limits on the amount of emails you can send are sufficient to prevent abuse?

Remove the 25 contact limit and adding contact groups are the 2 things I would like to see- I find it limits my use of a great service.

As a benevolent, I often talk to groups of 30 people for organisation. I wish the limit at least extend so that I can ditch my gmail account.
